• Payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in paused or terminated services.

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and depend on:

• Client communication
• Content delivery
• Scope changes

Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of Vertex.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate business information
• Necessary content and materials
• Timely feedback

Failure to do so may delay completion.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included. Major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Ownership

• Upon full payment, the client has rights to use the website.
• Vertex may showcase completed work in its portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Business losses
• Loss of revenue
• Downtime caused by third-party services

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Non-payment
• Violation of terms
