The first 30 days of ad management are free. The trial clock starts the day your ads go live, not the day you sign. If it is not a fit during the trial, you owe no management fees.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, per the Marketing Services Agreement.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta. Vertex never holds or marks up ad spend.
Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 7 days' written notice. Cancellation stops all future billing.
Refunds outside this policy are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.
