Refund Policy

1. Initial Payment Refund

• The initial development fee is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of payment.
• After 30 days, the fee is non-refundable.

2. Monthly Payments

All monthly charges (hosting, maintenance, support) are non-refundable once billed.

3. Cancellation

• Clients may cancel services at any time.
• Cancellation stops future billing.
• No refunds will be issued for completed work or past billing cycles.

4. Exceptions

Refunds outside this policy are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
